I would say no, as the cat with balls has something to lose.

In my cat experiences, the lack of balls has nothing to do with a fighting edge.

I know of several neutered cats that could kill a human if given the opportunity.

Definitely not, my female Ragdoll cat, Queen Gracie, is quite possibly the most vicious creature I've ever seen. It would seem that balls have no impact on the fight in the cat.
