    Default Quickie regarding Winning and Taxes..

    Its something ive never done but recently in the city i live there has been a serious crack down on this and must consider it..

    I know its tough to say and i dont understand this topic much but someone ballpark this for me.

    For every 10K i claim as gambling winnings how much would i lose due to paying taxes on it. Im sure this topic has been covered but couldnt really find a "good" answer.

    It's 10k of additional income and is taxed as such. No way to "ballpark" it, without knowing how much other income you have, what deductions you can claim, etc...
