thanks for the reply.
I tried again on Friday morning and was able to log in ok then.
Speaking of shitty software, they have managed to lose my last deposit with them. I rung them up and send them mails with screencaptures as evidence, they said they forwarded the case to their financial department.
I hope it will be resolved this week and that I will get my money back.
