Default Golden St +10 looks good to me.

Warriors were 3-0 vs. Dallas in the regular season, but throw out the final game because the Mavs rested their starters. Still, 2-0 vs. the team with the best record in the NBA is pretty good. Reg season and playoffs are 2 different animals, but if Dallas solves the puzzle that Golden St has been for them, it will likely happen as the series unfolds, not right away in game 1. I believe the Mavs are the better team and will win the series, but with Warriors having so much momentum, hard to believe they won't keep this one fairly close.

    Golden St +10

    Thoughts?

good call on this one. i grew up in dallas and absolutely love the mavs, but i ended up taking GS over dallas in an 8 team parlay (freaking wizards blew it). i wouldnt even say dallas is a lock to take this series. GS seems to have dallas' kryptonite.

Thanks bud. It's all about styles. For some reason, GS has a style that gives the Mavs a lot of problems. I think it's the athleticism of Harrington and Barnes on the glass, and they obviously struggle with Baron Davis. Committing another man to Davis on the drive frees up the slashers like Jackson and Richardson.

This series has turned into a toss-up now based on the fact that GS has a strong psychological edge with the undefeated record this year vs. Dallas.

    TY gentlemen.

Looking to Game 2 now where the GSW are 8.5 pt dogs.

I'm feeling a Mavs bounce back at the moment, but not
making a move on it until I have a definitive feeling on it.

Would this be one of the rare games to wager moneyline on an 8-10 point underdog?

I don't think you would be crazy to put a little $ on the moneyline -- maybe bet the spread and a tad on the moneyline. (That's what I did at least). Worked well for the first game.
