5Dimes is a great book, very fair management
I had placed a parlay yesterday and they cancelled it and the manager was out so I could not talk to him. I won the parlay, so I got in touch with him today and we worked it out and he credited my account with a part of the win. Very happy about this.

If I were you I would just stop there.....there comes a time when you have to stand up for your principles. Listen to JJ...play those books he mentioned and problems like this won't exist. The other day, at Betjm, I got a call from the head man Scottie because of a minor .75 cent adjustment that was taken from my account for some accounting reason....I didn't even notice it either. He called me to make sure everything was okay. That's what's called customer service....

Man, this guy is just full of Shit. He had the nerve to come on here and tell us the good story, but leave out the true details of what had happened.
I'm using 5dimes now and I would like to know the true story, this way I can decide if it's worth playing at 5dimes.

I can tell you the real story at 5 Dimes: Make good plays consistently and you will be hit with a big delay timer when you try to post your bet. Keep making good plays after that and you will get a $50 max limit.
When I got hit with the $50 limit, I asked "why isn't the 15 second delay enough punishment", and the boss Tony replied "you want 30 seconds, or how about 45?"

I don't even think 5dimes is even worth it anymore.....after hearing all these stories about Tony, about delays, poor CS, etc...there is no point in playing with them. Why hassle when there are good books out there.

Despite the complaints, I have always seen 5Dimes resolve disputes in a reasonable manner.
As far as wise-guy countermeasures... It is listed as a "recreational" book, isn't it?

Yes, they're both equally horrible.
I'm very familiar on a personal basis with Tony Williams and 5Dimes, and it's just not worth it. If you're a **** around better it's one thing, but for anyone who plays for a decent sized coin you'd be a fool to stray from Greek/BetJam/Matchbook/WSEX. Tony is arguably the rudest man in the business....
