I scheduled a payout by way of paper check the other day and I talked to the Cris customer service today to check on it's status. This is what I got...

CS - Sue: your payout was rejected, in order for you to make payout you need to send us the credit card security forms.

So I was thinking well that sounds strange and I let the CS person email me the forms. The form states "To verify a credit card or apply for a limit increase, please complete the form below..."

I don't see how this has anything at all to do with my paper check payout. I think I'm getting the run around here because Cris doesn't want to pay me?

Well your not, if you make a deposit via credit card almost all sites require you to fax forms in. I was able just to call cris and do a over the phone ID check to prevent faxing forms to them.

Well I might expect that when I make my deposit but they've had my money for almost a year now. It seems really odd to me.

pretty standard for using a cc.

don't use a cc anywhere else if you don't want to jump through the hoops.

Hell, some places make you send an ID before they send you any money no matter how you deposited. Now that sucks.

zikaris, yeah this is pretty standard when it comes to credit card payouts...
