The guy made a bad choice, uhh.. ok looks like a few bad choices. But it appears that he is willing to change and do his best for his wife and two kids. I hope they work things out for the kids sake and for theirs too. Wives of superstar men enjoy the fruits of their man's fame but it comes at a price. Most men couldnt get a girl on the side so there is no temptation. These athletes have girls throwing themselves at them when they are on the road. Its no excuse for his behavior but one does need to understand that most men, as in all, would probably make some degree of a mistake if they were in the exact same situation as this guy.

First, I agree with you that his vows should be sacred. You make a commitment to another, you stand by it.

But seriously, did you cite adultery laws? There are plenty of bad laws laws out there. I can think of many bad ones, but one off the top of my head, has a ridiculous impact on all of us. UIEGA, perhaps?
