Default If its illeagal in the u.s.......?

if some people are cashing out (and this is just for the internet books) huge amounts, amounts that are noticeable how do u get away with it? i mean i know u could say it was from gambling and could even say you did it in vegas but wouldnt u need proof? was just wondering how everyone is doing it without making it look to suspicious. i know i used to neteller before it was down and now i like to withdraw straight to my bank account or use MT. buuut my ss # is tied to everything at one point or at least when i want to make a nice cash what the hell am i supposed to do without gettin fked?

It is not illegal at the federal level to make bets and collect your money.

If you are worried about being suspicious to the IRS you should be. And the simple remedy to that is just to pay your taxes. You declare them as gambling income.

Its pretty simple.

The only thing being 21 gets you is the ability to drink alcohol. Most books require you to be 18 to bet online.

Go to Turning Stone or Seneca Casino's 18 to gamble there. Take the Boat ride in South Carolina again 18 to wager. If your worried about taxes declare the income as previous posters have said. If your worried about taxes open an offshore bank account.
