It will always be different for Tiger than for Bonds or Sosa et al since no wonder drug is going to help you drain 30 footers or chip in 70 footers under extreme pressure and whatever drug he may or may not have gotten it sure wasn't making his driving any more accurate.

yes I agree.. golfers would want a muscle relaxer in normal circumstances not steroids... however this was for help after his surgery to help him get to the tour quicker. even if it is small in the grand scheme of things, this will be another mark against tiger if it turns out he got some to help his knee quicker.

maybe but it does help you make contact with a baseball either. However, there is an argument that the extra distance the bb players were getting on the hits is the extra distance tiger was getting on drives.

Wrong, it's the exact same thing. It didn't help Bonds's batting eye but it sure did help him hit it farther when he made contact. Woods is able to use irons when everyone else is using drivers... strength is a big part of his game. If that strength was acquired via cheating then Woods vs Nicholas takes on the same appearance as Bonds vs Aaron. Everything would be tainted.

    No. (Nicklaus btw)

Bonds can hit many foul balls before smacking that one dead center. Strength is the ONLY part of the game that would have linked him to greatness (had he not cheated) accuracy is not necessary all the time. Tiger needs to be accurate enough to get the ball in the hole in the fewest shots and no drug can help you with that.

shit, it helps you when you can get to the green in 2 instead of 3

.....not to mention hgh speeds healing and recovery and strengthens tendons. If he was using it then it is cheating plain and simple.

Bonds's batting eye was a HUGE part of his greatness... he was great before the roids, the extra strength just put him on another level. Same could be said for Tiger if in fact he has been using ped's.

Next we will find out he corked his clubs...

But I'm pretty sure in this case if he used HGH it was to quicken his recovery. Still not kosher, but I doubt it was used as a long term performance enhancer.

PEDS go beyond adding extra feet onto long fly balls or long drives, the biggest benefit is their ability to speed up recuperation, for baseball players on an almost daily schedule of 162 games plus workouts...roids and hgh were a huge help in those terms as well as extra strength

    This is true.

Roids does not help your hand-eye coordination or help you make contact with the ball. That's all natural instinct and talent. Prime example of this is Ozzie Canseco. He coulda been Jose's body double the way he was also strung out on roids. But it didnt help him become a great player. He hit 0 HRs in his career compared to Jose's 462.

What roids does do is help you hit the ball farther. And like they always say, the difference between an out and HR is 5 feet.

I remember when Bonds got busted and the first week of that season, I watched about 5 balls that were caught at the wall with the fielders' backs literally against the wall. You just know had he not been busted that offseason, he'd still be on roids and those wouldve been HRs.

Not to mention the cheating fuk never hit 50HRs in his prime but hits over 70 in his twilight? Yeah right.

Stuff is amazing. I went to the doctor once with a torn ACL. When I got there I was on crutches. He gave me a shot and the next day I could dance a friggin jig. They say they can only give you injections once ever 6 months or so and it actually wears off in about 4-6 weeks depending on the level of problem so I can see where it would become highly addictive and incredibly in demand.

I wanna try it BAD big wal... BAD. I heard its actually good for u if used correctly. Been working hard in the gym this past year trying to get some of my youth back and just have all sorts of old man aches and pains (30 year old aches an pains anyway) I would love to make them disappear. I wouldn't do anything anabolic though, heard the HGH is different.

Steroids are friggin dangerous as hell.

Dr gave me cortisone shots (steroids) for a pain in my foot and my achillies tendon blew up while I was playing basketball.

    Stay away from that stuff.

I'm really shocked that Tiger may have been using HGH. Lol.

Dude went from a skinny bean pole to all jacked up like overnight.

Not over night. Dude works ridiculously hard in the gym. These allegations obviously relate to his knee surgery and recovery. His body transformation happened at a normal pace imo.

    cortisone, really...
    cortisone is not anabolic.

Corticosteroids or glucocorticoids, often just called "steroids", are drugs closely related to cortisol, a hormone which is naturally produced in the adrenal cortex (the outer layer of the adrenal gland). Corticosteroids act on the immune system by blocking the production of substances that trigger allergic and inflammatory actions, such as prostaglandins.

anabolic steroids are synthetic substances related to the male sex hormones (androgens). They promote growth of skeletal muscle (anabolic effect) and the development of male sexual characteristics (androgenic effects).

funny how people have no idea of the difference between Anabolic and cortico steroids

Really????? Barry bonds????? His freaken feet and head got bigger!!! Mac was using since day 1, went from a big guy to a freak. You really wanna make that comparison. Have you swung a golf club??? Chances of tiger juicing hard are slim to none imo, you obviously think different, i respect your opinion though so i guess i just think different thats all.
