    BestLine Sports (SBR rating B) to acquire Costa Rica-based sportsbook. Costa Rica sources tell SBR a purchase should be completed early next week.

    On the basis that we are seeing a historical low of sportsbook valuations and the fact that no-one will be receiving top dollar for their assets, I think it's fair to say that any acquisitions at the moment are being done out of necessity. And that sportsbook was the one which immediately sprang to mind.
