10 minutes before post time until after post time, one could not see the wagers made during that time. They were not listed in the reports menu, and they were not listed as matched in the betting pages. The only way to know that you had made a bet was that your balance changed. What a fukkin mess.

I have never had any problems whatsoever with their site until today. I might overreact a bit but when you have thousands of dollars in the market and you don't know for sure whether they are matched or unmatched, you tend to get pissed.

I'm surprised to hear about 'widespread' software problems, because I previously asked specifically why Matchbook didn't have a higher rating, and nobody mentioned anything about this.

They really need to have a section on the (right side of the) page where all entered and accepted bets are visible. Not only for the game on the page, but for all games. Like Tradesports. The way that is set up now is not right.

Damn Matchbook! Matchbook's live betting refresh button doesn't f***ing work. The odds don't refresh even when I click the refresh button. Annoying as hell when I submit old odds for matching because the odds display isn't working. When the hell are they going to fix this.

They weren't listed in the pending section immediately, and when you are busy closing positions and placing new bets, you don't have time to go back and re-check over and over again. In hindsight I should have done so, but I also expect that a book's software works 100%, 100% of the time, so it should never be an issue.

No idea why the matched and unmatched bets only show the game on the page, instead of all games a player is involved in.

I guess the only thing a bettor can do is keep a separate window (tab) open for each game.

You only need 1 for AL, 1 for NL for MLB... the Coupon pages are a good timesaver.

On the positive side, they seem very open to feedback (Unlike the arrogant pricks at Tradesports). Doesn't mean they'll do anything with it, but it's a start.

5dimes's casino crashed my IE everytime i played it. matchbook's website is little bit more annoying because sometimes it appears as if my web browser is frozen, but in fact matchbook's webpage just take a long time to load...i think it is all the extra java, psp and other web gadgets that they use.
