How long does it take to get a check from them through regular mail? I requested a withdrawal on 3/27 and still have not received. I spoke with live chat,but they were very rude and wouldnt give me any info, even diconnected from me. Any input would be appreciated thanks

Under normal circumstances it takes about 15 business days. Under the current environment possibly a little longer.

not sure about wsex, but matchbook checks (partly owned by wsex) are taking a week to ten days...

any update on how long it's taking wsex to get a check by fedex request to receipt? if it's two weeks, i could live with that, but not 2 months and no credible info, i.e., jazette.
Fedex was delieverd to me in 5 days (i live in nyc).

I have had good experiences playing at WSEX in the recent past. I don't think you should worry about receiving your funds. I would say it's a 98% chance you'll get them. I only leave 2% as no chance because I can't say 100% in today's offshore world that you'll get them.
they seem to be having some delays...asked for a fedex check 7 days ago, they took out the money, it has still not even been sent out, they say a few more days

no payment yet, seven days after requesting check for 1800, called for a fedex tracking number and was told check is in a batch that will go out in a few days...they were nice about it, quoting their site which says to expect delays due to the loss of alternative methods of money transfers. a little disappointing but i guess i can give them a pass providing it comes soon.
You will get it be patient, these gambling laws have slowed down payments.

paid today 9 days after request for a fedex check, no problem with the slight delay, i understand all the problems
Almost a month now and still nothing
i know 30 bucks for a fedex is bullshit but regular mail takes forever. I had to wait 9 days before getting a check fedex from a canadian bank. Can you even get a tracking # for it? just hang in there you will get paid for sure, they are a great book...just a struggling with the govt. like everyone else and a little backed up.
Dont know about getting a tracking #, everytime I go to live help nobody responds......and am still waiting for a respnse via email.........Not too confident in them with the way I was treated the last time I used the live help.......hope all works out

Finally got a response........was sent to processors on april 19th...........so I'll be a little more patient.
