Three out of four guys who listed their rankings put Matchbook at #1. Would anyone care to elaborate on what makes them the very best? I still don't understand the whole buying and selling lines with them... and thus haven't tried them out, yet. If anyone cares to share what seperates them from the pack, I'd appreciate the info.

For Americans there are only two groups of books I'd be willing to play with at the moment, but if you are a little more recreational I'd be willing to add a couple to this list. I've spoken and had dealings with most book owners listed on this site, and the only two I can fully endorse are Spiro from the Greek or the WSEX Cohen gang.

For serious American punters your only two book group options are The Greek/Bet Jamaica, or WSEX/Matchbook. That's it.

1) Matchbook/WSEX
2) Greek
3) Canbet

I did the numbers for all books I've ever played at. At the top of the list in terms of profit percentage are Tradesports and Matchbook; both exchanges. Playing directly against the public is a lot easier than playing against the house. Tradesports has gone downhill in a hurry so that one is out.
I don't see myself playing at the Greek again, even though they're first class, because Spiro is too sharp. Just as a book may decide to kick out certain players, so a player can decide to kick out a book. Of the toprated books Canbet has been most profitable for me.

If BestLine (B+) is A- by the start of football season, I'll probably play there. Besides the low juice, I like the fact that they're in Panama.

My top books are
1) Matchbook
2) TheGreek
3) BetJamaica
4) WSEX
5) Bodog

I have been with the greek owners for a very long time and I have had very good success from them, Matchbook a friend has them and he tells me very good things about them and that is who I plan to go with come football season if it is easy to make a deposit then.
