Personally I'm interested in Matchbook and will be trying them out soon so I can't totally agree.

I do use Olympic and not BetJam though so that one works for me.

Mudcat...Matchbook is a non factor right now why would you want them on a line screen? I want the biggest books in the world on there.

Selfish reasons. I'm going to try them out and it would help me keep an eye on them.

Everything is about me.

I just Bodogged actually. Love that joint!

I also like a bargain but why doesn't Matchbook add the fees on to their prices? Unless we are actually matching bets in real time, which we arent, they should be able to add the fees in the prices.

GoldieLocks,
You don't appreciate seeing an offscreen book on a lines page that actually is up to date? Its great for people who bet a dime or less.

Jamaica aint no square book either. They do not take the big limits but they get their numbers up pretty fast.

I like Jamaica, Olympic, and Bodog. Not so high on Matchbook or WSEX. I would like to see WSSB, Bodog, and Gameday. With these books and with Mansion coming, SBR would have all 10 books I have accounts with and I would be in heaven! But that's pretty selfish of me!

Senator,

I can tell you from experience that WSSB, Gameday and VIP all have the same lines. Virtually no difference at all. You might see some variation with Gameday but not with VIP and Wssb. All the same...... I'd like to see Olympic and WSEX as well but I'd also like to keep Matchbook and add Mansion. I guess I want it all.......... Don't think the screen is big enough to look at all of them on a laptop though.

OK here is the lowdown...

WSEX was invited and paid for a position and used their position for Matchbook. I think WSEX does not have a real time feed but I could be wrong.

A note on Matchbook. Some players have complained the odds are not excatly fairly displyaed because 2% is added on to the price I think of winning wagers. We are looking at ways to address this.

We have of course invited The Greek but this is a pay service. We would love to have them. Keep in mind Oly has already paid for one position for BetJamaica.

Mansion is another that needs to give us a real feed and they are working on it.

Any possibility of adding Bodog or Gameday?

Senator,
Gameday will not be invited because they are going to have too close to the same lines as VIP.

Bodog has not been invited. I would not have anything against them being up there.

I think you should invite BoDog. That would be a great choice.

WSEX does have a new feed that is real-time. The problem with WSEX is that they dont use the international rotation so it makes them a nightmare to program for a line service. There are ways around it though. Matchbook is solid, and a good spot to have up there. If it were me disigning this service (which it is not) I would get every feed from every reputable sportsbook and let your users customize what feeds they see which could be tracked via a cookie or session ID. It would also eliminate your need for more space up top.

The SBR guys met Mike of G&J Lines at the Vegas bash and he is a really cool guy. As you can see by his post he is not only smart but he is a good guy. Thanks Mike! Your input is most welcome!

Ahhh..right! on WSEX's feed. They don't use ROT numbers. Right. I hope we can get them up there because like Bodog and I'tops, WSEX has a big loyal following.

I strongly believe intertops will be *THE* book to watch this season. You and I both know who is behind the wheel now, and I spent most of my time at the bash speaking with him, as well as a follow up meeting on Monday. The guy is very eager to 'americanize' intertops and is very excited to start taking on sharp bettors. His first move was to put a live feed on G&J Update as well as Don Best, that ought to account for something. I am very interested to see how this all pans out.

I agree. There have been a lot of books that have turned square. But I dont ever remember a gay book going straight. To hear I'tops is going up on your real time service for all the pros to hit is just... well I laughed when I first heard it because I thought it was a joke. Should be a lot of fun and I hope it works maybe others will follow suit.

I like the idea of keeping matchbook {with correction of 2%} and adding Mansion. I would not mind seeing Bodog either as their dog and unders are decent. Only thing I have noticed with bodog at another line service is they have the best price until you log on and it is not even close to what was displayed. Really like the customization idea.

I will tell you Mansion software is best exchange software out there. I think if they lower commissions they will have a shot.

Bodog would be a great addition. With their 20% reload bonuses, every non canadian is playing there.

I wish you could configure Matchbook for a "minimum volume". Ignore any offer on SBR lines below that amount. Who cares about a $2 offer anyway?

Why not widen the spreadsheet to include as many that pay for the slot? I know of other sites that have more books than the screen will hold (normal view), all they did was widen it. Works just fine.

Did you invite Credit Wagering?
