Part of the tradewinds group. Have paid out for years without issues. Their bonuses often have a lot of restrictions so make sure you know them if you take a bonus.

They're from the same group as Tradewinds, Regency, and Guardian. I've actually heard rumors that they're owned by a major tout, but I haven't been able to confirm it. I haven't heard anything bad about them but I haven't heard anything spectacular about them either.

quarm, as everyone else has mentioned above. there part of the tradewinds group. but, heres something i dug up for you, in case you missed it while searching the site. i guess neteller transactions can sometimes be delayed at times according to this:

    2/24/2005 5:06:00 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: Tradewinds Group unable to process payouts via Neteller due to lack of funding in their merchant account. Management states that payouts should resume on Monday once a pending wire to Neteller is completed. Tradewinds is currently offering withdrawals via alternate methods free of charge. The Tradewinds Group consists of Badlands (SBR rating C+), Guardian Guarantee (SBR rating B-), Regency (SBR rating C+) and Tradewinds (SBR rating B-).

I'm guessing that's nothing particularly negative, though. I remember that Intertops had a terrible couple of weeks not so long ago with it's Neteller payouts. That whole mess kind of ruined their SBR rating IIRC.

THe biggest negative is that oif you request a payount on friday, you don't get paid until monday. Not sure why, but they recently slashed my limits from 2k over the phone to $500. Otherwise a decent book.
