Customer about 2 years. Original deposit was either through Interbook or ** years ago.


I request a small withdrawal of 800.00 via check and they won't send until I fax documents. I would expect this with a CC deposit. Brings me back to my Jazette days boys.

Alison terminated chat before it even started and of coarse I could never was able to reconnect with a CS. Luckily when I called they clearely indicated it is a change in their policy.

I'll let my money do the talking. The requested about was about 7% the total amount. Bookmaker never gave me these problems. This has nothing to do with security as I have drawn a couple of checks off of them.

No shit, not once have i been asked for anything to deposit, yet when withdrawal time comes they are so concerned about making sure its you.

They asked me for ID also before and I understood because there has been some fraud before and they just want to make sure that it is me when I receive my check from them. They are so fast about getting my check to me in the past. I have asked for a withdrawal as long as it was early enough I would have it the next day. I am not so sure if I will receive anything like that from anyone else but them. I have been with that group for now since 1993 and they have been very good to me.
