    Default HELP! Misgraded bet by The Greek

    I placed the following bet yesterday:

    Mar 31 1:52am Soccer - Loss
    1. Soccer Propositions - Germany 1 Bundesliga Props March 31, 2007
    Stuttgart vs Aachen
    Stuttgart vs Aachen - Halftime / Fulltime Score
    Stuttgart HT / Stuttgart FT (2.15) [loss]

    The Greek got this one wrong, as Stuttgart was winning at half and won the game as well. After spending 2 HOURS on hold, I have decided to write them regarding incorrect grading, but my bets show no ticket number! Please, someone, how do I approach them with this bet?

    Yup, certainly seems like a winner.

    Call them and see what they say. If you have any further problems then I'm sure that SBR can assist you, but at least try to get a definitive answer from them first. Most genuine mistakes can be cleared up by merely querying them.

    yes, tacomax, but their is no ticket number to speak of by the greek, so how do i reference them to the bet????

    I just meant how hard will it be for CS to look through your account and find the relevant bet. 20 is better than 200 I guess! Surely just a mail to cs and a link to a respected live score or otherwise site (bbc.co.uk/sport is fairly highly regarded albeit by UK players, they clearly show 1-0 HT 3-1 FT as do a lot of live score sites) should do the job.

    Otherwise find the URL to the German FA's results site and send that to them in your email.

    All is good again, they corrected the wager and credited my acct, thank you all. This is my first foray at The Greek, I too got left at the alter with Sportsbook.com

    The Greek has corrected errors for me before and they even credited my account for the mistake one time. They own up to the mistakes and I thank them for it. I would never go with sportsbook.com and BetUs because I know they are scams and the Greek isn't a scam, I have been with them even before they went online and they have been great.
