Am surprised to see a book as new and obscure as this at TOW, taking on books like this will surely lead to one of these books going down at some point.

As for this bonus, Stars has some cryptic rules on their site about it.

    100% Cash Bonus

Deposit from $100 to $300 and receive a 100% Cash Bonus!
    * Active betting days will only count as long as the average amount of money wagered is maintained.

    50% Cash Bonus

Deposit from $300 to $1000 and receive a 50% Cash Bonus!
    * To meet the 22 holding period days you cannot lower your activity.
Maybe Jay can explain what all that means.

this is the part i'd like an explanation for.

I'm guessing that that you have to meet the rollover and bet on 22 straight days to be able to withdrawn and you can't bet $2000 a day for the first 10 days and then bet $20 a day for the remaining 12 days.

But it's not very clear and I may be totally wrong. If you're going to offer a bonus then you should make damn sure that the T&Cs are crystal clear. This is pretty sloppy wording to say the least.

if the offshorewire was truly legit, they wouldn't be associating themselves with books like these...

It's risk/reward and I'll be joining them. To each his own.

Let us know when you get your decode rring and can tell is what the fack that shit says. Anyways gaidars...this was about tow trying to shuffle me into no name sportsbooks not about betonfishsticks. We are not all 57%ers like you so lots of new gamblers who got the promotion will probably sign up.

Brick- You're slower than Quarm. Like I said, it's a risk/reward thing with Betonstars. I feel they are safe and will play with them. Others don't feel that way so they won't. I don't know why you aren't playing there. You're going to lose all your money no matter where you play so why not take the big bonus at Betonstars and you'll be able to play longer.

BUT, would you expect the ad to come from SBR ?? tow is pretendin to be watchdog then sends the players on his list to betoncars (theere is no insult to you in this post so dont stare at it for hours and waste your evening)

I think that TOW knows a lot more about the ownership of Betonstars than you do. I'll play there.

Raiders, come on now, Brick is making a valid point. Its not about betonstars per se but TOW is basically selling its rep here. Nothing wrong with that for your site or any other which doesn't operate in the independent watchdog role.

I bet SBR gets a few approaches to endorse (???)

I agree with Brick. It is one thing to have an enter-at-your-own-risk list of books that you would like to distinguish as new but ones you believe have potential. TOW is promoting small new books with their banners and emails. The email promo makes no mention of warnings and or "stay with proven sportsbooks" as they have in the past.

This is not entirely correct Bill.

The weekly newsletter displays Rookie Project Books banners and their disclaimer.

The one sent to the Forum registered members unfortunately uses a wrong template and this does not show the Rookie Project disclaimer. This will be amended This coming week.

Additionally a dedicated page will be added to the site explaining the ABC of the Rookie Project and participating member's banners will be linked to that page.

    Thanks for the good suggestions.

Taco no problem at all.. Just that it seems like some posters just don't like betonstars for personal reasons I guess, since they don't have any real bad feedback on us apart from their personal opinion.

You're a new book - people haven't really got an opinion either waty or the other. They just look at the fundamentals - new Costa Rician start-up, unknown backing, D+ SBR rating - and form their own opinions.

If you hang in there, keep paying players and are here by the next NFL season then people will be more willing to give you a try. One of the best attributes of a new start-up is surviving a full year.

What is not correct? I am getting advertised books' banners via email.

Playes have asked me about some of these books because of the TOW marketing emails. It seems the books are choosing you instead of TOW choosing them.

What chance of success does a book have starting out today with a staff of 5?
