Hey Cheezy!
I am also Canadian. I went to CIBC and they were somewhat confused by the instructions but they managed to send the wire. It appears that there is no specific account that the money is being sent to, it seems that it is being sent to a branch where Moneybookers comes and picks it up by depositing it into their specific account. That's just my guess.
The cost is a little steep, that's why I spent a little more ($200) as a trial. Now that I know it works, I might send bigger amounts.
Regarding the phone number, it works, you just have to call between the times given on their website. Note that those times are England times.
ALso, there is no email, but you can contact them via the Message center. Once you send them a message, they reply by sending an email. They are somewhat slow, I usually get a reply the next day.
Hope I could help,
Pedro

Hey Cheezy!
It cost me $37 but I do think it is somewhat of a flat rate.
I remember wiring $1200 on an unrelated matter a few years ago and it was something like $30 back then so I do think the fee is indeed somewhat flat. I guess it could rise a little once you send higher amounts (10K+) but probably not by much.
That's pretty much my educated guess.
