2. Send your complaint to assistance@sportsbookreview.com (or any of the moderators directly)
3. Include your account number!
4. Tell us all the communications you have had. Email logs are great (they show time and date of each communication).

If you do all this, you'll knock 2-4 days off how long it takes to resolve your complaint.
