    Default BWIN Rip Off

My wife and I decided to start an online bettnig account, we chose BWIN just cause we know them. WOW, what a mistake. We transfered money to bet with on Saturday night, around 5pm, it's now Tuesday midday and we STILL DON'T have the money despite bwin's website saying it will be available within 1 hour! I emailed them monday and got a completely irrelevant response, after pointing this out to them plus providing them all the information they asked for, I now haven't had an email from their "customer support" for over 1 day! What sort of company is this? The money's in their bank account so they don't seem to care. I think we'll be using the physical bookies from now on.

    Tigger -

Did you telephone customer service? Surprisingly, this is often the fastest way to resolve a dispute. If you tried that and got no satisfaction, feel free to contact me at Justin@sportsbookreview.com.

    Dear Mr. Arshakyan,

Your account and your particular betting pattern have been reviewed by our Security Department who have decided to limit your action to 13,37 USD per bet as this is the amount they are comfortable with at this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind regards,

    Your bwin support team

That is what my buddy got after depositing 1000 USD to them

Bwin is not very friendly to professional players. While I still have a few open complaints on them, we have always been able to resolve issues in the past (or determine that the book acted properly).
