I know SIR is out of respect. At work, saying yes sir, or saying how are you doing sir or ma'am, but on a forum, where most ppl bash one another, I really hate when everyone is saying sir this or sir that.

I especially see this phrase being used in point bets or loans or w-e.
You owe me 10 points sir.
I paid you 6 points sir, thanks sir.
