If you want your $$, you will have to give them this info. This is standard policy when depositing via Credit Card

Every book requires a copy of your DL and CC befroe processing a withdrawal after you used a credit card.

Betus also has the policy that you hvae to submit written apporval for each deposit you made.

So with betus, the first time you withdraw they need your dl, cc and written authorization. After your first withdrawal you will only need to fax/email back your written authorization. I've done iot a dozen times with them, without any problem

Scorpion,
Good Luck, even with all the paperwork they are taking up to 6 months to pay. Just shows their advertising works because it suckered us in.

I wish I had read this last week, deposited about $800.00 last week and am now requesting a payout of about the same amount... sounds like I have one hell of a wait.

i got paid from betus today, through bank wire. It was processed on March 8th, got it today.
Iam so thankful to JUSTIN and SBRFORUM. Justin looked at my complaint on Apr 3rd and i got it within a week.
Now i am a little more confident that i'll get paid from sportsbook.com.

Scorpion -

Many books will ask for that info to 1. confirm your identity, and 2. avoid chargeback issues. Regardless of the book, is is reasonable to give them that.

BetUS has had processor issues. Players are getting paid, but it sometimes takes longer than I would like. If you are having a payout issue with BetUS after giving them the requested information, feel free to write me at justin@sportsbookreview.com.
