After seeing 2 of my 3 accounts that I set-up 4 years ago for recreational fun are rated D's on the SBR list, I figured I should move some stuff around.

However being in a unfriendly gambling jurisdiction , I'm not sure which books to use or which deposit/withdrawal method is recommended. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Stick with the 'A' rated books. Greek, Diamond, WSEX etc. are all good choices.

As for depositing/withdrawing funds, for US players there aren't that many choices right now.

I would get out of them D books in a hurry, they haven't been performing very well at all lately, I would pull out and run if you can withdrawal from them.

D rated books are more risky than ever. Stick to A and you will be fine, if you must expand beyond that don't go below solid C, and be willing to lose some money to books closing up at some point.

I understand at this point no one wants to disclose which methods of deposit/withdrawal but can you guys point out which ones to stay away from.
