BETWWTS.com ISSUE
i deposited $1000, played sports and horses, and then requested $5000 payout. I logged into account this morning, and it says my account has been temporarly suspended . I called them and they say the're investigating my account. All my sports and horse wagers were made before they went off, and ANY other sportsbook would not do this!
please let me know if anyone else went through the same thing

i called them back and they informed my account has been re-opened, and my $5000 ** withdrawal will be processed today

Weird...i've been hearing a lot of bad things about WWTS lately...which is strange b/c they are an A book.
Do you have any reason to suspect why they might suspend your account...maybe they think you are a sharp or something?
I hope Bill and others can help you out.

Well they are listed as an "A" book so if anything it should be the opposite you should feel safe. I guess there has just been a lot of talk on here lately about whether WWTS is deserving of their "A" status.
Most people on here don't think it is...but I don't think safety is much of an issue...i think it's mostly other things that have people here a bit frustrated (i.e. lines, customer service, etc...)
I'll probably go ahead and sign up with them to get that membership b/c i have a feeling that the SI membership will be very nice!

I've been reading more and more about these books that investigate players accounts like this...seems like if you win a lot, it triggers one of these...

If I had a new player that beat me for a chunck of change, I would double check the account too. But I wouldn't wait for the player to request a withdrawal. I think that's the main problem. Books shouldn't wait for players to request a payout and then say "oh wait, you won a lot, we have to check this out." That just makes the book look awful.

exactly, or do the research promptly so the player doesn't even know he's been investigated...no frozen account = happy customer
