    Default Question: CRIS/DSI baseball comparison.....

    Greetings.....

    With MLB quickly approaching, does anybody who has had experience with both DSI and CRIS notice any disparities in their baseball lines? Basically, does anybody feel that 1 site offers more value than the other, or do they have identical lines the vast majority of the time? Just wondering which book (If any) I should direct my funds to with the tarps soon to come off. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I thought DSI was the only one with 10 cent lines in the CRIS family?

    Hmmm...If that's the case, and I hope it is, it'll make for an easy decision. Thanks.

    Last year, DSI had dime lines on sides and CRIS had 20 cent sides for the regular season, then that flip-flopped in the playoffs. I would only be guessing what they have in store for the future. Maybe phone them?

    They are starting at a dime and break somewhat early at 136. You can still get some good lines at 15c up to 169.

    .10 up to 136 .15 up to 169 .20 up to 189 .30 up to 225

    Bill,does those #s reflect what us players will get since we all under bookmaker.com now?It's getting near post time and I have still not seen a real definitive answer on the best books for baseball.You sent me to CRIS and I am happy about it,but if there is a better one for bases,I would sure like to know about it.I am strictly a puppie player and thats the # I need.Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

    Betjamaica with a dimeline to -190 beats the hell out of CRIS, and a better book.

    The only problem I have with DSI though is there dimeline breaks a bit too short for me.

    Heres there a full listing of there break points:

    * 105 to 139 – 10 cents
    * 145 to 169 – 15 cents
    * 175 to 189 – 20 cents
    * 200 to 225 – 30 cents
    * 240 to 285 – 40 cents
    * and the line gets progressively wider as the line gets higher.

    I just talked to one of DSI's customer service reps. He told me that they posted the wrong info on there site, and it is indeed a .10 cent line up to -144

    ME: hi, i was looking at your baseball MoneyLine breakdowns. I noticed that it doesn't have a vig break between -140 thru -144

    ME: http://www.2betdsi.com/faq.aspx#betting

    ME: # 105 to 139 – 10 cents # 145 to 169 – 15 cents # 175 to 189 – 20 cents # 200 to 225 – 30 cents # 240 to 285 – 40 cents

    ME: i'm curious what is that between 140 and 144?

    CS - Mark: actually it is 105-144 10 cents

    CS - Mark: its a typo

    CS - Mark: i'll send a note to have it corrected
    With the baseball season roughly a week away, wouldn't you think they would have corrected this problem before now.

    You might see 13 cents in between the scheduled breaks but assume +125. We will see if they are going to commit to a more detailed chart as the season nears.
