Default Bodog Slow Payouts?

I have heard a couple of complaints about BoDogs payouts lately. Any advice. Any good experiences? I have some money in there and am not looking forward to trying to take it out now. Any input would be appreciated.

I think they have improved, I know on the site they changed check by mail form 17-20 days to a week and courier from a week to 2 business days, I have a pending WU since the 19th and a courier check just processed today, but both of these have like 4 more days to arrive before they would be considered late.

Did you have to send in forms to process those? Cuz I never have before.

Kinda new around here. I've had a Bodog acct. for about 2 years now, mainly for the poker. (I don't like the sportsbook, stale lines)
I requested a payout in med Febuary, I was told my paper check would arrive in 7-10 business days and it actually got to me in about 5. No trouble on my end.

Thumbs down

I wonder how many of these "Bodog lovers" are on the payroll? Bodog has got to have someone ready at all times to respond to any negative post. It's always the same on any of the forums. I heard the customer service people sit around the Antigua with nothing to do but scratch their asses.

Default slow payout

I requested a payoyut of over 3k on 4/1/07. I have had the account for over 3 yrs or more. Bodog asked for verication of cards or card and it was supposed to be a courier payout. Have not seen the payout yet. So you can get your own conclusion from that. If you think that is still not slow i would hate to see you idea of slow

I did get a WU real fast this this time in a day, but I would rather do checks since it is kind of a hassle and suspicious picking up the WU's, but I may have to just use them cuz they seem more reliable

I requested my payout 03/26/07 and it was processed the next day I was told it would take 7 business days to reach me. Here is is almost double that and no check. I called today and was told because of March Madness action payouts have been slowed due to volume. Hope this helps...

Yeah it really sucks thats for sure. Back in the days of neteller and all the other e-wallets this was never a problem. Now with all the US restrictions it makes it harder to deposit but mostly recieve moneys. I don't think I would worry about Bodog keeping your money, the only thing I would worry about is getting it quickly

We had a handful of complaints on checks. I don't think any of those players are beyond two weeks. I'll check with Bodog and see what Lakerfan has.

It has been nearly five weeks. Waiting on a large payout. I requested on 3/12 and for some reason they said they weren't able to send it due to an apparent incorrect address (but this address has been used for check by courier before and I got it). Then they just cancelled it on 3/27 and I had to resubmit. Been more than 2 weeks since resubmitting my payout request through Fedex and I haven't gotten it yet.
If I don't get paid by next week I will raise hell with them or go to Bodog headquarters to claim my money.

Welcome to the board Bodog Player. If you can PM me your account ID we can look into your situation.

In the past, using the end of a season as a reason for not paying as usual was a poor excuse. Right now you have books sending new levels of volume to processors for the first time and they are unable to forecast extended wait time from week to week. Volume is up after this NCAA tourney, especially after all the favorites cashing. Maybe saying, "the close of the season WITH this latest processor" is an answer that makes a little more sense.

I spoke with Bodog today. I can say that they are using the same processing and they do expect wait time to decrease. Checks are taking between 10-15 business days with some landing in 5. Anyone waiting longer than that is welcome to shoot us an email and I hope everyone else keeps posting updates on their Bodog experiences.

We're gonna need a front-end loader to handle that load of crap. It's a well known fact that volume is way down at almost all sites. A more likely scenario would be Bodog waiting for revenue from the big PayPerView fight on Sat. nite. If this is the case, it appears the speculation of Bodog being nothing more than a glorified Ponzi scheme will grow legs. When Bodog collapses, no one should say there were no warning signs.

Cool Once Calvin Ayre Gets Busted????

There is no doubt he and his upper management will be busted. Ayre's a real charmer, and a top notch grifter, but he doesn't have immunity. I would put him in the Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild category. The feds are doing an Al Capone on Francis. They are going to nail him with income tax evasion charges. The reason for this is it is the governments duty to put slimeballs like Joe Francis and Calvin Ayre in prison. Ayre and Francis are criminal sociopaths, they prey on the weaknesses of others. I think the only reason Ayre is not behind bars yet is because the Feds are building a bigger case.I feel sorry for all the unsuspecting victims of Ayre; the vast majority of people who wager at Bodog have no idea of his history. Never mind his links to pot smuggling, no one cares about that. But if the people that Bodog targets, mostly college kids and affluent thirty-something types had any idea of his past, specifically the massive stock fraud, they would not wager at Bodog. We've all seen the results of the BOS scam. I really have to hand it to the people who run this forum, they appear to be the only watchdog site that hasn't been bought and paid for by Ayre and his silent partners. Major Wager, Gambling 911, EOG, The Rx should all be ashamed that they are in cahoots with Calvin Ayre. It has been my experience that posting anything on those sites that portrays Ayre for what he really is , a big-time con-man, will very quickly have you banned. There has to come a time to stop being seduced by the money and call a spade a spade. All signs are pointing to Ayre taking the money and running.

Volume of payouts, not action. Volume of payouts relative to available transfer load may be at a high since immediately after Neteller and Citadel left.

Every book is dealing with individual situations and their own processor relationships but it's not an excuse. But, it is where they are. BodogFight has no bearing on anything.

Their international clientale is not big enough to not take U.S. action...considering they don't even accept Canadian action it is a long shot they would leave the U.S. market.
