    Default WSEX security certificate problem

At WSEX, whenever I go to the cashier and try to perform a transaction (of any kind) I get an Internet Explorer warning telling me there's a problem with the security certificate, namely, the security certificate does not come from a trustworthy certification authority (I'm translating from the German message, I hope you know which message that is). Apparently the transaction links lead to the site https :// secure.wsex.com and my IE does not like that site. I get the warning, too, when I input the mentioned URL by hand.

Does anyone has any experience with this? I almost cannot imagine that WSEX' links could be corrupted and my Norton has not said anything so I'm inclined to think it might be a false warning. But I really don't want to risk anything and I know that this problem was not there two weeks ago when I deposited at WSEX. Any opinions?

I have the same problem with Matchbook, but only on my laptop. When I go to the cashier on my desktop everything works fine

Sorry, you're speaking to a computer illiterate. What is a root certificate server and how do I update them?

For those who care - apparently it was really only a tech issue with IE, WSEX tech support has fixed it already.
    I feel decidedly better now.
