The Giants haven't covered in 6 games I believe. The books have been raking money in on them for weeks. Now they are listed as a big favorite on the road against a team who is dying a slow death. MAny people have continued to take the giants and the books know lots of guys are waiting to collect. I took the Giants already at -6. I feel good about this. I dont think Denver matches up very good against the G-men. The teams that have been burning the Giants have had good passing attacks(SD,Atl,Ari,Philly, NORL). The Broncos have Marshall but QB issues. I love the Giants in this spot.

I think giants absolutely roll this game personally. Giants put up over 30 points last week, and though they give up 30 or so points themselves, it was against a good offensive team. I won't be suprised if Giants win by 10 or more.

What? Why. They got into a slump and Orton got injured. He is still hurt and he is coming out to play on Thanksgiving Day. The Broncos want this. They have been my adopted team this season. In my mind they haven't come close to giving up. Take Denver +7 7.5 if you can get it. Maybe the line will move some more. Everyone will be slamming the Giants.

Great points. I especially love your altitude differential analysis. Actually a very good point. One way you could take advantage of this game is this: If the game is close and the Giants are up by a field goal or something small at the half, see if you can get a few pts. on a swing for Denver for the second half. Lazy Giants will run out of breath over in Denver towards the end of the game. You know the public will slam the Giants thinking there is momentum. $$$

i saw a stat from Orton's injury year with the Bears that they went like 0-6 after his injury as he came back too soon and tried to play. may be the same thing here as they were not going to play him last week but SImms confidenced them it was their only chance to win....they got clobbered. if i knew Orton was even close to being ok +7 is a huge gift at home on Thanksgiving for Denver vs decimated Giants.

Interesting to see how many people love the Giants -6 & -7 when they were -1 a few short weeks ago. Since then both the Giants and Den have stunk it up. Yet, the line goes from NYG -1 to -7.

Last cover for the Giants was on Oct 11 vs Oakland. This week they head to Den on a short week with a line inflated from -1 to -7. Public perception is Den has imploded. I am not ready to make that assumption.
