Default Betphoenix not honoring cash/freeplay money?

fyi this situation was resolved 11-25-09.. not sure there ever was an issue, but just a customer service agent that did not understand what the SBR freeplays was. have a happy thanksgiving, off to Pittsburgh and cleveland for the weekend

Purchased $350 of freeplay $ from SBR from BetPhoenix....

waited till my account was at zero dollars balance and put the freeplays into play starting nov 17th
turned it into about $275 dollars..... asked in chat tonight what my total winnings and thus 8x rollover was for sure, as i thought I was getting close to meeting the 8x rollover requirement for the $275ish won off the freeplay.... and it was double what I had figured in my head.

Apparently BP, says they are including the my last deposit + my freeplay winnings into the rollover requirement, even though the $ from my last deposit was gone before I used my Freeplays.... my balance was zero when I started using my freeplays...

yet I still have to roll that old balance over? so what is the actual rules on this SBR... is it just rollover your fp winnings or rollover fp winnings+ whatever else BP thinks you should?

    ouch konck.... that's not right...

basically if you ever had $ in the account before you purchased free plays these books are making you rollover your last deposit plus the purchased free plays.....

not really fair, according to SBR/books wording

Did you complete the rollover requirement on your original deposit?Sometimes you really have to read the fine print with some of these outs.I know when I first deposited,it was a 6x rollover on the deposit plus bonus. This could be where the problem is,don't know, just something to look at.

Confusing at best, kinda makes you feel like only use FP or Cash from the SBRstore with books that you don't usually use, thus don't have deposits in them.

BP has me believing they are better than this and I think they are - just have not tried to cash out yet. But they have told me - or at least implied - that when you hit zero on a given deposit that your rollover requirements are over with.

what if you made a deposit 6 months ago?

I have only used the free plays at sportbet, and I haven't made a deposit there in over 2 years. Haven't ended up withdrawing from there either so who knows.

Rolling over previous deposits because you got a free play from the SBR store really doesn't sound right to me. First they up the cost of the free plays now they are finding hidden rules. Can't wait to see BetPhoenix chime in here and explain.

This is how I thought things worked using Free Plays. I've never had a problem with BetJamaica concerning this issue. Why would a deposit you made 2 or 3 weeks ago and lost have to do with any free play rollover requirements that you earned today

BetPhoenix is the BIGGEST toilet site on the internet....They scam all the Bonus promotions and freeplay requirements and do nothing but argue with you.....Save your time and trouble and stay away from these dirtbags

Bet Jamaica never has issues with FPs,loyalty points,or payouts.Alot of people like to call them a square book, guess I'm a boxhead because in 4 years I've never had a problem getting paid and it's always free and you don't have to kiss their ass for your money.Novel idea for a book.

Jonah, you know what I didn't think of this before you wrote it but it got me thinking. I don't have a BP account yet, but after reading your statement if I ever do open one I have 1 question for them and I would get it in writing.

Those who are going to join, ask them if your balance is zero does the rollover negate future deposits. Everyone knows that BP has these ridiculous freeplay bonuses, which entices bettors to deposit. But I think that is the catch where if your last 2 deposits wasn't meeting the rollver, it carries on future deposits. So the angle I am getting at here is eventually if you reload more than once, you are screwed as the rollover requirement will throw extreme odds against you.

If I do join BP I will probably decline all bonuses as they can't tell me to rollover what I didn't get in freeplays.

Fishhead, please address the archie's first post --- owing rollover after balance from a deposit+bonus goes to 0. Is this the norm? Is this acceptable? Is it even true?

BP seems to have a ridiculous number of bonus options that only confuse matters. Is it a case of "when something looks too good to be true......" ?

Sounds like a scam. Previous deposits should have nothing to do with freeplay rollover requirements.

Ridiculous.....If they want to be seen as a top book, then they'll do what virtually every other top book does and end the rollover requirements when your balance hits Zero.

I'd be extremely surprised if they don't come to their senses and rethink this decision.

    Free play money LOL.....

I laugh at ppl who play these bonus shit and free money crap, then they get stiffed.

Just deposit and make your bets win lots make withdrawals no question asks.

I do not receive bonuses anymore at Phoenix, but when I did and busted that was the end of the rollover requirement. Their rule is the same as everyone elses. I am sure Richard will verify this as soon as he puts out the other more distressing fire of not being able to keep the site up and going. Got abt half my normal action in with them yesterday. Very frustrating especially nearing prime time.

Exactly..This is the only thing I bought from the store. They only rollover requirement when you order it is done after you eat it.

ok just chatted with Paula and she confirmed that the FP from SBR is separate and I only need to rollover my freeplay winnings 8x. and my previous deposit has no bearing on that.

it only took her 3 mins to clear it up, tell me what my fp winnings were, what my rollover requirement was and how much left I had to rollover...

last night in 45+ mins of chat this questions took very long to answer... apparently they have to manually figure out rollovers????? does that make any sense? wouldn't they have software that gives you all the customers account info like that automatically on a screen?

anywho, all is well that ends well. I'll be able to get my money
