Well guys, most of you remember my thread regarding betonusa.com and how my account was competely whipped out overnight. After almost a month of total bullshit and awful customer service, I was just told that there's nothing they can do for me. They didn't even trace the isp down as they told me they will. I waited a month just to have them do nothing and then find out they couldn't do a thing? Let me tell you about their customer service and their supervisor named Raj. This guys is a total ass-clown. He was handing my account and he never attempted to contact me in anyway whatsoever. Everytime I call in and ask to speak to him, he's never there. They told me that he will call me back, but he never did. Once I did managed to get him on the line, I was disconnected. The people at this book are terrible. I wagered over hundrens of thousand of dollars over the years with them and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I contacted Bill as mentioned by this forum, but never got anything back from him. I will contact Neteller next to see what they can do in situation. If not, my last resort is to dispute it with my CC company.

Well guys, I recieved part of my lost back from my CC company and guess what, the people over at betonusa are mad. All this time, they avoided me, now they're calling me constantly to get their money back. They're making threats to me and calling me all kinds of names. For example, the police will be notified, I will be arrested, and Bubba in jail will rape me. Those are the exact words from this guy Tony. He called me piece of garbage, preak, crook, theif, etc. He also said he will blacklist me from other books and ruin my credit. He concluded that I will be sued me for every penny I have and they will get their money back one way or another. He said I have until tomorrow to get back to him or else.

The things is that I didn't claim the whole amount that I am out. If I was a crook, would've I claim over $7,500 that I deposited this year. Also, I didn't even cash out my $300 bonus I earned on wagering. I've been handicapping for 3 years, and if I lose, I lose. I'm not a sore loser that goes committing fraud because I lost. I'm only asking what I am owed from them.

Nice job of hitting them back by canceling the CC transactions. It looks like the "Tiger" is hurt badly by your 2K. this in itself shows what a sorry book this is. You may also want to notify Nettellers Dispute resolution service as well and recommend that they elimate this shop from future Netteller Transactions. That will seriously piss them off. GL.

Here's a rundown of my situation. Had 3k in my account. Wagered it all on Falcons vs. Jets game and was up 5k. Went to wager on the World Series game and see the balance was $0. Called customer service and was told it was in the casino (caribbean poker). Never ever play there in my 2+ years with them. Found out there are 26 new accounts with my info and same username (different cAsEs). First, I thought it was some kind of gitch in their software and it mixed my username with those and somehow my account was used. Anyone?

BetonUSA has a long history of cheating players. Management and clerks do not take client issues seriously, once telling me they can "only read some emails because they get so many".

Craig, who introduced himself to us as one of the owners, called at the time SBR was following up with your complaint. He seemed eager to show us he had the ability to handle complaints but after resolving one, I haven't heard from him.

Many times owners/GMs will make a quick call to see if they can shake off a bad rating and fail to follow through after realizing how long the laundry list actually is. I think that is what happened here. BetonUSA wanted to advertise with some larger companies who use SBR as a reference. My guess is that is what is responsible for the temporary effort

We have your complaint on file and will continue to bring it to Mgt's attention. Craig is supposedly traveling and I wouldn't expect to have any updates soon. I hope to get those emails from you.

Lastly, I would suggest you steer clear of any World Gaming sportsbook. If you were to win in a year from now they would ask you to ** them the amount you charged back at BetonUSA.

I'm still not clear as to how you arrived at the figure $2140. My personal opinion is if a book can't pay you, you are eniterly justified in cancelling all your CC depsoits. For instance if I sent someone 7k by CC, and my nalance now was only 4k. And thye couldn't pay me, I think you should just cancel the whole 7k. Otherwise you place the book in a great sitaution. If you win, they don't pay you, and if you lose, they win. EIhter way, they can't lose.

It is no different than books voiding winning wagers of players who bounced echecks on them. If the book can't or won't pay you, you have the right to declare all past wagers voided, and are entiltled to your full deposit back. if there is time, I would call your CC company back and see if you can charge back the rest of your deposits.
