Oddsmaker: New book from former BetOnUSA owners. I don't believe they have ever processed a payment. Anyone receive something?

BetUS: We had a few players confirm payment late last month but the March batch of slow-pay complaints is starting to pile up. Anyone see a March payout?

Okay, this is my first post and I registered to hopefully give people peace of mind as I know what they're going through.
I recieved my wire from BetUS this morning.
I requested the withdrawal on the 4th, it was fully processed on the 6th and I got it in my account today (the 22nd).
Hope this helps those anxiously waiting, it's a horrible feeling.
Although they are taking much, much longer than it should, they are indeed paying.
I am however still waiting on Sportsbook.com. I recieved my last withdrawal from them around Feb 16.

If it took that long for BetUS to actually get you the funds, then sportsbook.com who jus started supposedly sending funds, may still have a chance.

I told them I wouldn't send my ex girlfriend's money to them. They said what? I said, I'd rather light $100 bills on fire than send them to you guys.

This is my first post, I have been anxiously looking for information on this topic.

I requested a payout 2/13 for $1000, it was "paid" 2/16, I have still not received it. I used Echeck. I have gotten the same list of reasons as many of you involving the processing companies. I am encouraged somewhat that someone has not received a payout from 2/19. I am discouraged that people who have requested since then have received payouts. They assure me that my payout request was initiated during the window where all the problems were occuring and that these payouts are not necessarily done in any order based on when they were requested. Can anyone confirm that this at least makes a little sense? I am glad to see they are paying.

Silver lining, I would have gotten out of betus, however I left $200 in there, when things started getting dire I got a little loose and worked the account up to about $2000 which I have pulled out today. Their faulty logic would probably result in me getting this before the 2/13 payout.

If anyone can provide any helpful information I would really appreciate it.

did you ever go to this site and see the real familiar look it has with betus.com? of course some colors and layouts a little bit different but
most likely same web designer. they are also located in san jose! and this is there secured site seal SSL Cert: betus expires in 154 days..that's the ssl for Insidersbettingdigest?..
you think this could be betus making people think this is a neutral sports book rating site and rates them tops! every sportsbook on that site is there's!.. wow they are clever.. I can't believe they lasted this long! you would think with all the money they are ripping people off,that they would have enough sense to cover there ass!

Well if you feel that you are not going to get your money i would list here like you did! and i would File a Complaint with Kahnawake Gaming Commission http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/
i would also say The Off Shore Gaming Association but i hear a lot of bad feedback on them!
Never let it go, keep emailing and calling them i did that with betroyal and they finally paid!

Mainly, now that it appears they are paying I'm curious if there are others from the time period I listed that are still waiting or now getting paid. Seeing that some people who asked for payouts in early March are getting paid makes me feel a lot better than yesterday at this time, but I'm just curious. How long have others waited and then eventually get paid? I realize my payouts are small bananas relatively.

So can somebody explain how people after this date have received money after this date? Also I have received the exact same messages every time I call about how its their e check processing company etc. What I'm afraid of is them just calling it quits or something and nobody getting paid.

I am waiting on 5 payouts now from BETUS. The first one was requested on march 7. The 5 payouts total to over 9000 now. I am a bit worried with all these posts ripping BETUS. but BETUS was okay a few months ago. I cashed out from them 6 different times totaling close to 10000 a few months ago using neteller. i like the site with the bonus give aways and freedom to parlay bet. Ever since Neteller stopped processing payments, it seems payments are being delayed everywhere. Optimistic (but concerned) that this echeck thing by betus works. Will keep you posted.

I requested a payout on 2/26 as well. I called on thursday of last week and they said people who requested payouts have started to receive them and that i should have my funds sometime this week (but that's what they've been saying for the past few weeks).

I will also keep you guys updated as I hear more... cannot believe these people!

I sure feel for you on them, They are just incredibly bad.. I hope you get your funds soon from these bunch of jerks and I hope that they lose lots of customers because they are bad for paying people and then they get no business.

See my earlier posts. I got a message from betus that my routing number. I am convinced this is pure fabrication. Anyways, I requested a $2000 echeck that now reads as "paid" on their site and they say to expect 6-10 days.

I have an inventory of about 10 slow-pay complaints against BetUS, so I thought I'd call management. The first time I called CS, there was no answer. The second attempt, I spoke with a CS supervisor. After being put on hold 10 minutes, I was told that management was not available, and they would contact me.

I just received an email from a "Processing Supervisor". I'll update everyone when I know more.

I just cashed out for $1000 using FedEx from BetUS... The cashout is pending, will let you know how long this takes.

eCheck ($10 service charge) allegedly takes 10 business days so FedEx ($35 service charge) should take no longer than 5 business days. Crossing my fingers...

This is the message I got from BETUS today.


"We apologize for this big delay with your payout. According to our Accounting Department, you should receive your money next week. Keep in mind that due to the recent inconveniences with the new US Government laws, we were forced to make some updates to our payout methods and time limits. We apologize if these changes affect you in some manner; however we are trying hard to minimize the impact of these new regulations for our customers. Thank you for your comprehension in this matter."

Now...question is will i get my money next week?

As is being reported here, a lot of people actually got paid by BetUS this week. A couple cases I was following reported getting paid yesterday, including by echeck.

Well, since people have gotten paid, I was feeling optimistic but it's been four days since my payout request and the payout is still in my available balance. When I track my payout, it says waiting for debit. I have a feeling this site is not taking my payout from my available balance to lure me to bet below the amount. Then they can refuse to pay me.

Although some have been paid, Do Not Deposit anything to BetUS if you like your money. This site is a big scam.
