Betmania is playing games with payouts again. Requested a payout today and it's been nothing by trouble. Lie after Lie after Lie. First they said the max was 1,500 and the timing is 7-14 days. About 60 minutes later I received an email that said the max was 1,000 and I needed to resubmit my request. After calling 4 times and getting the run around, I completed another one for 1,000. The money is still in my account.

It's funny how I sent a Western Union on Monday (for 3,000) and it was picked up in 8 minutes. Strange how there is no problem picking up Western Union - only sending them out. I'm very concerned with this book and it will be my last time with them. I've NEVER won with them in over 1 year- my first winning streak and I can't even take out my 1,500. I've sent at least 7,000 this year without a request.

I'd like to see them drop to a D- or F if they can't pay small payouts. Should have known better with the people running the show over there (former Millenium clowns). Offshore sucks, bring gambling to Atlantic City and I'll be finished Offshore once and for all.

And to be fair- Matchbook sent me a payout via Fedex in 4 business days. I had a control number in 2 days.

THAT's the way it should be. Matchbook will get 100% of my business. They are 1st class and pay. Betmania are idiots

Sorry to hear you can't enjoy your winnings NeverForget. BetMania's issues are beyond processing as they can't pay their regular non-US players who can easily accept payment if Mania wanted to send it. Payments are trickling out despite the excuses.

This is quite easy folks. Both books are full of crap and should have F ratings.

They later had the RX say they rented them the brand too and then Skybook was under new ownership. Software was generic ASI.
