Default BetUS Can Not pay

Long time reader, first time poster
Deposited 1000.00 with BetUS for Super Bowl, won a parlay on the game for 2500.00 still can not get the funds. Have spoken to everyone there including a "Robert Eddy C.O.O and Mike Foreman C.M.O. They continue to tell me the only way they can make a payout is by an e-check to my bank. I was told that Western Union and Money Gram are not an option, and The checks they have recently sent out bounced, because they sent them from the "wrong" account.
I was told an e-check will take 10 days. When I call after 10 days they say there bank was closed, "please wait 10 more days" this has gone on since the superbowl. When I asked how could I deposit more, they said "no problem, we can always take money in, just can not send it out".After my last inquiry with them, the Supervisor said because of all of their charge backs, any withdrawals from credit card deposits will be held a mininum of 6 months. I talked to some of there regular customer service reps in Canada, and they told me that this is their last week there, and than operations will be moved.
Does anyone know what my next step should be, and a fair warning to any others about these scam artists.

Sorry you have to go thru this run around with it being questionable if you'll get your funds. I'm stuck in Neteller, so I know. Thanks for the headsup.

Is this the same site that sends out a bunch of magazines/flyers and offers 50% bonus sign up. Right there, you now they're hurting for deposits

Challo - a lot of books are having payout delays. Unfortunately, BetUS aren't the best payers in the world even on a good day so it's hard to make a call.

If you contact SBR at assistance@sportsbookreview.com and advise full details, they may be able to oil the wheels a little bit.

Yes you can go to http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/ and file a complaint for starters they (betus) are registered with them!. they will have two weeks to answer, but what ever you do, do not accept any checks from betus.com i can tell you from experience the checks are as good as betus.com is ?
betus affiliate website and the betus.net website which they also own, is down and been down for the second day! betus is a shady operation that will take the money and run or hide should i say! Good Luck

Default Betus Payout problem

I have 3500 locked up with betus. I have been running around for over a month. Initially they said they have payoutprocessor problem, they cancelled my fedex payout and asked me to request echeck. I did that 3 weeks ago. I've been calling them every other day. Now they are saying i should see it by friday the latest. This is so much stressfull.

I've sent email to bill, I hope he can help me.

mavsfan I wish you best of luck there, I wouldn't put too much hope in it though, I have heard of all kinds of problems with them lately. I hope you open one up with the top books next time, don't ever deposit anymore with them at all is my advise and if you want to go anywhere go with BetJamaica, TheGreek, or WSEX and you will be fine.

most books now are deposit-only from here on out. pakk your shitt up and move to Nevada if you want action or go local

for those 3% that actually win, when you hit that 'wirthdraw' button, it's all going to money heaven and probably up someone's nose as well as some whore's a$$ in coasta rico suave

So is the only way to get your money back is to do a chargeback. What will the credit card company say when they find out its a sportsbook? Also when the sportsbook finds out will the chargeback occur instantly by the credit card company or will they fight it?

Spoke with them today!!! According to "Jeremey" they had to change there bank again to one in Europe, so it will be 10 more days from today till they will make payment and " Please do not call again till than, because we are very busy" I made 2200 on the superbowl and request the funds on the Tuesday following the game, and they still have not paid. When I asked for Kevin King and Mike Foreman, I was told they no longer work for the company, they are only consultants.
When this book shuts down, can I still do a chargeback if needed?

I've been paid by BETUS many times in the past. I made a withdraw for $3600 on March 7th and am still waiting for payment. Same bs story about processing times taking up to 20 days... Somebody from SBR spoke w/ managment last week and assured him that we would be paid. I'm not very confident after reading everyones posts that I'll be paid anytime soon if ever. Since then I've joined up w/ WSEX and Matchbook, what a nice change!!

Good luck and keep us posted on payment as I'll do the same.

Ps. I was told I should have the payment no later than the 14th.

I hope there is another side to these stories.

BetUS has made money. They can pay. But they are hiding from their own shadow thinking they are next on the DoJ target list. Their money is moving like a game of 3 card Monty.

Next or not this book needs to stop looking over its shoulder and pay and stay in business.

i got paid from betus today, through bank wire. It was processed on March 8th, got it today.
Iam so thankful to JUSTIN and SBRFORUM. Justin looked at my complaint on Apr 3rd and i got it within a week.
Now i am a little more confident that i'll get paid from sportsbook.com.

Challo,

I am helping a lot of players with BetUS disputes. Feel free to write me at Justin@sportsbookreview.com. Give me your account number (not your password) and withdrawal info, and I'll escalate your problem through management.

Do they disclose their financials to SBR? Is this how you know they have made money? Or are you just guessing or assuming ?

Default BetUS payout?

Can somebody please help me on this? I requested an e-check payout from BetUS on March 31st for $600. They told me 15-20 business days. Why it takes that long is ridiculous since they take it out right away. I did get the money taken from my BetUS account on April 23rd and has since been marked as paid. However, they neglected to tell me that it wouldn't be in my bank account the next day. I called them up and they said it takes up to a week. I didn't receive it within a week and e-mailed them and was told it takes a couple of days. They said it hadn't been rejected by my bank yet, so that's good news. Should I expect a rejection? I've been paid by a different sportsbook before. So, I'm still waiting on this money which I thought was going to be in my bank 2 weeks ago. I sure hope it's there tomorrow because I really need it and was expecting to have it by now.

Arrow - I know you are anxious about your recent withdraw request. Take it from me, someone that was in your same situation.... I made a request on March 7th, much earlier than you and was finally paid last Friday. Over 6 weeks! Don't expect to see your money anytime soon. Dont wouldn't about not being paid. My payout was for alot more money if that makes you feel any better. They are just having major issues along with other books with "processing issues". Not sure why WSEX and Matchbook don't have issues with processors??? anyone know the reason for that??

You should at least look into switching books, one that can payout in less than 6 weeks!!! (matchbook, WSEX and The Greek are my new favs).

Keep us posted on your withdraw situation.

Thanks for the info. and help everybody. I sent an e-mail to Assistance@SportsbookReview.com as well. We shall see. I will keep you posted and let you know if and when I receive any money. It may not be as much money as I see some others are waiting on, but I didn't want to bet or deposit any more until I knew that they were going to pay out and how long it would take. Good thing I did this when I did. It could've been for much more.

Arrow - let me ask you a stupid question. Why do you even want to continue using Betus.com? What advantage do they provide you that other A,A+ books can't?

I'm not going to use BetUS any more after this. I will go to another book. I was just saying that about 3-4 weeks ago I was going to deposit more in there assuming that I'd be getting my money pretty quickly. Just glad I waited and don't have to deal with this mess again when and if this ever clears up. What was funny I had gone on to some review site before I even went with them and they were highly recommended.

They stiill owe me $4000 requested on 3/28, switched to paid on 4/23.

I started with Diamond Sportbook 3 weeks ago and have been paid twice within 5 days when I requested payouts. I strongly recommend them.

Thumbs down Bodog and BetUs

I thought I read in one thread that BetUs and Bodog share office space in Vancouver. I could be wrong. They do sound very similar in their lies to people attempting a withdrawl. Regardless, they are both shit books run by crooks!

Alright. Just called BetUS who had said the money would be in
there today. Was it? No, it was not! They said some European account had just made contact with my bank and to now check Monday or Tuesday for it to be there. Why it did it take so long for them to contact them in the first place? They withdrew that money and had it marked as paid back on the 23rd. Those crooks are probably holding on to all of our money and watching it collect interest. So, here we go again. I'll let you know if it's there. This is ridiculous though.

I wouldn't go with them with all the stories that I have heard and the bonuses they offer are just crazy and I don't think honestly they do good for what they offer, I have had a buddy get screwed from these people also and he got paid but after 3 months of squabling and fighting with them to get it. I will just stick with what I have been with for years and they have treated me very well. From being here I have seen problems with them from day one so now I am now for sure never going to get an account with them.

Getting the run around with these guys still. Just e-mailed them after having called them last week, when they had told me it would be about a week to get the funds after they had already pulled it from my account. Now they're telling me 15-20 business days. This is after the 15-20 business days it took just to remove the funds! Instead of admitting to doing something wrong or that they're backed up, they just give you a different number of days on how long it will be. There is no way it takes this long!
