Default bet365 verifying your account for 7 days!?(IT ISN'T in RULES!!!)

Why isn't there in bet365 poker rules nothing written about this? I want to take money out in 24 hours, other poker sites allow this for sure. But if it isn't written in rules, then do they really have the right to do this? I think lots of people are just pissed by signing up there, then playing poker there, then bet365 customer service says, you have to wait 7 days. But what if I don't have time to wait. IT ISN'T WRITTEN IN RULES, SO ANY CHANCE TO OVERRIDE THIS?

I let my friend talk to them, he wanted to play poker too, but he asked customer representative, customer service told that you can withdraw your funds after 24 hours, they told nothing about 7 days. I think they are not telling customers this, this is lying. It should be written in their rules!!!

Bet365 poker sucks, just think about it, why would they want to tell anybody that they have to wait 7 days to withdraw, then nobody would join there and everybody would go elsewhere, most of the people certainly would!!! But not telling customers something isn't good!

That's weird. Did you deposit and play some hands? Or did you deposit and then immediately want to withdraw? Other than that, I can't think of any reason why they would place a 7 day hold on a moneybookers deposit. I thought Moneybookers deposits and withdraw were less than 24 hours?

Deposited and played some hands. In the poker room I only made 72 euros, then made some on sportsbook, most of the money came from sportsbook and they said they are going to verify my poker account, 6 days to go right now. Will post here next wednesday what answer I get. Problem is that I don't have time to wait for the money, need to pay a loan , interest is ticking every day... But Bet365 doesn't care, all they care is "VERIFY"!!! Yes Moneybookers usually less than 24 hours...

I recommend to stay clear of this poker room, only sportsbook with bet365! It is nowhere in their rules "7 days delay for verifying account". Go somewhere else, they don't deserve to earn from raked hands like this... TIME IS MONEY PEOPLE!!!

I believe *ALL* Prima Poker network sites (including Bet365, Stan James, Intertops, etc.) have waiting periods before poker withdrawals can be processed. This is done to ensure there was no collusion, chip dumping or other illegal activities have taken place during a tourney or cash game.

This does not apply to sportsbook wagers as I have deposited with my **** card, wagered, won and withdrew my entire balance from Bet365 within a few hours of my CC deposit.

I have had to wait for payouts from Prima Poker (Bet365) sites AND Ipoker network (TITAN Poker) sites after cashing in a tourney, this is not unusual and is very fair to all players.

The way i look at it is the longer they make u wait the more likely u are to play some more. More games = more money for the. Those bastards ! ! !

So they are gonna check every hand that you play? All this hassle for that god damn 72 euros?

I know when I played pokerstars they had a 2 day wait period but i dont see how they could check every1s results to catch cheating. Nor do I think they care about collusion and bots. I figure if they are making money and getting no complaints from other players money is money but who knows

I finished in 6th place in a 20k tourney last fall and
had to wait 7 days to have my $1600 tourney winnings "cleared" for withdrawal.

While it can be a hassle waiting for your money, I like the fact that they are serious about security and fairness. This is NOT a Bet365 issue, it is a Prima Poker rule.
The rules are the same across the Prima network, just ask Stan James Poker, WWTS, Intertops, Riverbelle etc etc.
