Default NFL Survivor : Only 35% remaing, Jacksonville or Detroit this week?

Still alive, and big prize at stake. Saving all the "good" teams, in case the pool runs through the NFL playoffs, and if you don't have a team to pick from your eliminated.

Stuck on Detroit or Jacksonville this weekend.

Bills are a mess right now, firing coach, switching quarterback, and Jacksonville's home and looks like it's got it together. While Detroit is not a good team by any means, however the Browns, well....there the Browns. And look as bad as it gets, and the Lions are home.

    Leaning Detroit.

Do you really want for fate to be in the hands of the Lions? Yeah I didn't think so.

Were talking about the Browns. Have you watched them play this year?

Yep and I've also watched the Lions...who lost to the Rams. I think the Jags are the better pick. You want an opinion...don't get mad if it's not what you want to hear.

Jags seem the safer pick, but Buffalo is not terrible, and could play an inspired game for new coach.

Jags definitely seem like a better pick. For this week. However, if you consider whether or not you may have to take either of these teams later I'd say Lions to win and this week and jags to win later is a much safer choice than the opposite.

I would take the Jaguars, the Browns are horrible but wouldn't trust the Lions to get you the win. Safer pick is Jacksonville.

Jacksonville is playing a team that just fired their coach. I say take the Jags no doubt.

I really thought the Bills were gonna pull off a nice upset this week....that is until i found out they are starting Fitzpatrick...who IMO is dreadful. I have no idea why anybody would think he's better than Edwards. But anyways, I thinck Fitzpatrick is bad enough to lose the game for the bills.

if you really have to play this weekend.... detroit loses by 1 JAX wins by 3. Either way you'll sweat it out.

    Jags win by 2 TDs
    Lions win by 10

    You can't lose!

agree, both win, but might be less stressful taking the jags

Looking at the Jags' schedule, this week is the week to burn them up! They won't be this big of a favorite for the rest of the season except possibly week 17 @ Cleveland. A lot can happen between now and week 17. I'd use them now. They are a good team at home against a flailing Bills team. Leaving the Jags on the shelf is a mistake, they might not even make the playoffs considering the tough AFC and division. Jags are great ML value this week.

Also, the Lions might be looking ahead to the Packers on Thanksgiving, which will be their Super Bowl.
