Default Bodog Payout: Money Transfer

Hi folks.
Im new in this forum, im from germany and i have a question for you.
I have played some poker with bodog (originally with another site but it was overtaken by bodog and my money was transfered to bodog).

Ok now to my question.
I wanted to payout and the only method i could choose was "money transfer".
I agreed and my payout soon was processed.

So i got a message in my account with some information i needed to pick up the transfer.
And it seems to be a person-to-person transfer.

But i dont really understand how this works ?!
Will there come a person to my home (in germany ?!) and hand me out my money directly? Or is this sort of a cheque?
Where do i have to pick up the money?

I got no e-mail back, not one, i mailed the customer service several times and now im really disappointed.

Please help me out.
the request was in february and now should be already available.

King Regards for an answer.

go to westernunion.com
click on search location

type in Germany as your country and type in city/providence and they will locate the nearest Western Union store or agent to give you money.

Be sure to get all the info bodog sent you
info like reference number, senders name and location.

GL.

Hi Goepfi.

It does sound like Western Union. As Freebie said, if there is a branch nearby you might be all set,

I am guessing calling Bodog is not practical. Shoot us an email to Assistance@SportsbookReview.com with your questions so we can address email communication.

hi, thanks for your answers.
I will try it with Western Union but why isnt it noticed anywhere how to do it?

I even dont know if it works with Western Union?
There was no hint to Western Union just a message with the pickup details.

But i will try it this week, just checked for the nearest WU pickup service around my block

thanks
