    Default Which VOIP companies work?

I have one line on IDT but they don't seem to offer Canadian numbers anymore unless someone can find a link.

I ordered one on broadvox. Piece of shit. Won't work and customer service has had me on hold for over an hour.

Anyone have good luck with one of the Voip's providing Canadian numbers? I'd rather use a proven one than trial and error.

    Thanks a bunch in advance.

Try http://www.digitalvoice.ca/. I'm quite happy with them.

Does VOIP work with a fax machine or fax modem?

If you pay an extra monthly fee, you can get fax capability with vonage.

I used Lingo for this express purpose in the past. Got a Vancouver number, worked great.
