Default Never never never say no...

Ireland, Ireland, Republic of Ireland, rev it up and here we go!

Win, or lose guys, it's going to be a great game tonight V France. Anyone sharing in my Irish enthusiasm and spirit can back Ireland to win in 90 mins at +600. It's a long shot guys but not impossible. I've only put a very small token bet on it myself.

My Irish flag is at the ready. C'mon Ireland, prove the critics wrong

Ireland to win in France. Not likely imo, maybe a 1-1. But not a win.

Yes, stats, history, everything is stacked against us and you're right, it's not likely we will win the game. However, it's football and Ireland, whilst not the greatest team in the world are good enough and have the heart to try and get a result.

As I said above, win or lose, it should be an great match.

I have a rather large bet on France, which is the best sign that Ireland wins straight up.

To be honest, Ireland were the better side in the last game, France got a goal from a deflection, Ireland were unlucky with alot of their chances.

France are obvious favorites but the way they've been playing I wouldn't put money on them with those odds.

It could be an exciting game to watch, Ireland look down and out but don't write them off and for 'Thebeautifulgame' I hope the luck of the Irish comes through today

Ireland have legendary manager Trappatoni, France have an eccentric manager who has picked players based on star signs, at +750 Ireland could be worth an outside shot as the old master could conjure up a strategy to defeat the French.

you've said the same when the played the first leg in ireland on sunday,
ireland doesnt have the class to defeat france in such an important game.
i hope i am wrong though and it will be a great battle later.

for betting purposes i like bosnia again tonight,
if late money will get the line to +0.5 i will be all over them

Good luck to Ireland you will need it. France know what they have to do. Ireland will start cautiously but eventually they will have to come out and then they will get caught at the back. Draw or france win.

Ire land definitely played with more heart in the first leg, but that could have been because they needed it more than France.

Rough spot for Ireland here, but with Richard Dunne at the back you never know!

We need all the Irish luck we can get As you say and I agree, we played very we'll and France were very lucky to get that goal. If you ask me, we're still in with a chance. Come on Ireland!

Richard Dunne can score some craker goals from set pieces.

    Careful with that my man.

France already won the first match 1-0, all they need is a draw to advance.

Yet the books are giving Ireland +1 at plus odds...

Do you smell what I smell?

Ireland defense is soft like cream butter. France will rip them apart on counters if they open up early.

i'd be happy to see france eliminated...it will result in Domenech being fired, and France NEEDS THIS

    'mon IRELAND!!!!

If they play the same way they did in the first half, this one is done and dusted.
How does Domenech manage to get so little out of that much talent?!?!
