I have found them to be decent.. Try getting someone at BetJamaica though. First of all it takes twenty attempts to get someone, and when you finally do they like to type as slow as they can just to annoy you.

Hot and Cold experience with them. I used live chat to basically get paid, they gave me ** info and everything without even hearing there voice which is perfect. On the other hand, I asked the lady did they offer ******** deposit and she said no and they had never offered them which is totally incorrect because I have deposited via ******** before. They are hot and cold not horrible but not the greatest.

They are nice and betphoenix is a good book, it just seems that you speak to some reps on the phone and then you speak to somebody in the chat and they tell you two different things. It's like they are unsure of a lot of their terms.
