Hello, my name is Colin Benson. How may I help you today?

You: Hi Colin Benson. I'm looking to join and become a new member. Can you tell me a bit about your topnotch ability to process timely withdrawals?

Colin Benson: We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed within 2 business days. You may request a maximum of two withdrawals in a 24 hour period. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 and the maximum is $9,999.

Please note: on any withdrawal, we will first attempt to credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The remaining funds will then be sent by your requested method of FedEx check or regular mail.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from your account. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.
Colin Benson: Please note that our withdrawal policy has changed. Your first withdrawal request each calendar month will be subject to the following fees:

If your withdrawal is: Your check will be sent:
$99.99 or under via regular mail and will incur a $15.00 fee*
$100.00 - $999.00 via regular mail, free of charge*
$1,000.00 or more via Fedex, free of charge

*If your first withdrawal is less than $1000 and you select Fedex, you will be charged a $30 fee.

Subsequent withdrawal requests each calendar month will cost $15.00 for each check requested via regular mail and $30.00 for each check requested via FedEx.
All withdrawal requests over $5,000.00 will be sent via FedEx free of charge.
Please Note: Withdrawal requests for amounts over $1000.00 will automatically be sent via FedEx check provided your address complies with all FedEx delivery requirements.

You: That sounds great.
You: So you guys have speedy payouts, right?

Colin Benson: There are some delays currently which should be resolved by 03/16/07. Then normal processing times of 48 working hours will resume
You: Oh, okay. Well, that can happen. But by 3-16-07 everything should be running smooth?

Colin Benson: Thats the latest update we have been given here
You: Sounds good. Are there major problems or is this just a minor problem?

Colin Benson: The problem is due to the fact we had to change to a new withdrawal processor. it s nothing major, just setting up with the new processor caused a delay

You: Ah, I see. I don't know much about that. But the good thing is the problem isn't major and the delay is just minor, right?
Colin Benson: Thats correct, it is anticipated to be resolved within the next few days

You: That's fantastic Colin, just great. I'm looking to play with confidence.
You: Can you guys provide me that confidence?

Colin Benson: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Colin Benson: Certainly, we have been around for many years now and have no plans on stopping

You: Awesome.
You: I guess I will open a new account and dump a large sum of money in it. I feel reassured now speaking with you

Colin Benson: I am glad to hear that. best of luck with all your wagers
You: Why thank you Colin. That is sweet of you.

Colin Benson: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
You: Yes. How much is the max I can throw in my account?
Colin Benson: the mximum daily deposit is $1000.00, and $6000.00 30 day limit
You: Okay. That's truly splendid.

Colin Benson: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
You: Well I'm going to go make some soup, maybe have a cookie afterwards. Then it's bed for me. I don't argue with the body Jerry.
Colin Benson: Thanks for chatting! Please contact us again if you have any further questions. Also, if you have a moment, please hit 'close' and then fill out the feedback survey so that we may improve our service.

You: You got it monkeyboy

At least I stopped reading it after the first sentence. Looking at the replies I guess that I made the right choice.

Looks like one of the sportsbook.com type books. They are having delays with payouts from what I understand. I don't play there.
