    Trophy More praise for Heritage Sports!

    Just got off the phone with Kyle at Heritage, he took the time to talk to me and address some minor issues I had.

    For the record I was very satisfied with the outcome and am extremely happy with the treatment I received from Heritage.

    Heritage Sports customer service is as good as it gets.

    I dealt with Kyle NUMEROUS times... Responded to email within like 5 minutes, shot the shit about games... Just all around great guy!

    I emailed them at the start of football season asking them for my account # so I could get going again. I have not played there in 2 years. Never got a response!

    I guess I could call, but I hate being on the phone verifying numerous things and since I have moved and have a different phone #, didn't want to go through all that BS.

    Guess I am just lazy, oh well!

    Yeah, I agree.

    Kyle spent quite some time with me on the phone and was interested in hearing what I had to say. He was aware of a minor issue I had inquired about earlier in the year.

    The minor issue? They were offering free t-shirts and baseball caps to members earlier this year, when I went to fill in the online form to get mine it wouldn't accept a Canadian address so I just forgot about it. Kyle was aware of the problem and said he would make sure I would receive my swag - it should arrive next week.

    The other issue was about funding problems.

    I gotta give these guys a big thanks. Why? Because they are giving me the $500 after all, I told them I'd be happy with $50.

    Earlier when speaking with Kyle I told him I wanted to be removed from any calling list they had, I told him I was fine with emailing me offers or for soliciting a deposit but not by telephone, specifically because the phone number shows as unavailable or blocked. I told Kyle that when someone blocks their number it is someone looking for something or a sales pitch and I don't answer these calls. He agreed.

    So I got this email from Heritage just now:

    The salesman that called you yesterday just came in and we spoke to him regarding what message was left when he attempted to contact you and though I know it wasn’t and isn’t our intention to solicit a deposit from you or any of our other clients, I can see your point. Our intent was to only notify you of any Perks or Free contests you have already qualified for, not to solicit a deposit or harass you in any way. I hope that you will forgive this intrusion on your privacy and I have credited your account with a $500 FP as per our agreement. A deal is a deal.

    They are very good to customers. Believe it or not I love the score tab of all games betted.

    I got on to live chat, whith answeres right away. Spoke to Nelly who I have spoke to many times before. I had some questions regarding the bail out double header.

    NOT ONLY DID I GET MY QUESTION ANSWERED, I was told I won 550 in the Casino last month and will be getting 10% bonus.

    THATS RIGHT A 10% BONUS FOR WINNING (it would have been 20% if I lost)


    EVERY MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I could go on and on about Heritage and how I have been treated by Mike and Kyle. Both of them are class acts. I could write a few pages on what they have done for me and have hooked me up with, most of you wouldn't even believe me, but it really doesn't matter. Bottom line is, they are two great guys that know how to run a book. I cannot thank Mike and Kyle enough for everything they have done for me. No other book even has my consideration as long as Kyle and Mike are taking care of me.

    I am wearing my Heritage shirt right now. I love the shirt and hat. I have an old school Heritage hat as well, they don't make it anymore, the new ones are great though.

    I really do like the business model that these guys have. I donīt have an account there (have never been invited) and understand that they are not really keen on accepting Europeans. Thatīs fine, I suppose.

    Their business model is solid... They want REPEAT customers, not shot takers or someone who will do chargebacks and give them headaches. They treat their customers well and we return... I couldnt ask for anything else from them.

    I had the same from their CS e-mail, and it turned out they had de-activated my account as non-recreational. I don't recall taking much off them if anything, and certainly these days play much smaller than I did then, but they don't seem interested in re-activating old accounts.
