The Boston area,NYC,Toronto,Portland Or. and Pittsburgh are well known for having the highest proportion of ugly,plain or boorish looking women in N.America.A 8 or a 10 in these cities would score no better than a 5 or 6 in:Fla.,L.A.,L.V. and TX.
However most of these lasses look pretty good in a very wholesome,All American,New-Englandish kind of way

They are all sexy, IMO, but agree with the make-up thing. I am not a fan of make-up anyhow. I find the natural tone/looks better or it is fake anyhow. I am not a fan of fake boobs either, but understand why a girl with real small or saggy boobs would want to look better. IMO, many girls get implants that do not need them.
