Yep . . . perhaps because the people who are given the responsibility of casting votes haven't the slightest clue.

    LMFAO!!!!!!

Meanwhile IOWA has wins over Wisconsin AND Penn State themselves, both on the road!.............and non-conference wins over two bowl teams(Iowa State and Arizona).

Maybe because Penn State is ahead of Iowa in the Big Ten standings? If Michigan beats Ohio State next week, should Michigan be ranked higher? I do believe Iowa is a better team, but people get carried away with the head to head comparisons.

If Iowa wins next week they will pass PSU for the simple reason the coaches who vote in this poll which is part of the BCS rankings will be bombarded with complaints about this......................

A BCS bowl bid and MILLIONS OF DOLLARS is at state for these schools and these poll voters are clueless.

Hopefully IOWA will still be ahead of PSU this week in the BCS standings.
