Wagerweb ( formerly Casablanca) always paid on time. I really liked them. I stopped using them after Neteller tanked.
I need a book to transfer with other books, in order to use them. I'm not using **,**, or going and buying pre-paid **** cards.
Wagerweb used to give me a free half-point, then took it away, now say I can have it back, if I re-up.
I'll wait until football, see how things look then, they are only average for baseball.
