Went to the chat last night and inquired about the 20% March madness reload bonus. I was told that I qualified for it, so I went to make a deposit today and requested the bonus. Suddenly I am not elegible anymore, and I was told I could only have 10%.

Just a heads for anyone else thinking of reloading (I have the chat sessions on file, but they didn't care).

Very bad behaviour of BetCris. If they said so they should keep their word and give you 20%. It seems that these days also some good books are getting worse concerning honesty and fairness.

That's part of my chat from last night... they might have a way out, as the CSR only said that I qualified for "a bonus" without specifying. But as you can see, my initial question was if I was elegible for the specific MM 20% promo.

All joking aside though. Why in the hell didn't they check to see if you made your deposit for before crediting your account is beyond me. There just asking for trouble if they keep doing that with all those shot takers out there.

Agreed, if I wanted to, I could just have bet the $500 free play immediately. Not the first they do that though. I can remember 3 or 4 times in the past where I have told them that I haven't made the deposit yet.

I had expected better than this from Betmaker though. They agree with me that I was promised a 20% March madness bonus, but they still blame it on a CSR error.

You can tell them your deposit was just a 'customer error' and ask them if they let you withdraw immediately without any fees.
To be serious again I really wonder why they cannot say "Ok, we made an error. We should make less errors in future but now we have to pay for our error." Other (non betting-)companies and of course also private persons have to pay for their errors too, why not bookmakers?

I think there is no problem if they don't give professionals any bonus, but in that case they also should not promise one in live chat.

So you think it's stupid to take a 20% bonus on a $2500 deposit? It takes less then 10 minutes to make $500 and that's ok with me.

And just to make your jealousy even worse, 2 years ago, you could place 200k scalps at Mansion on baseball....
