Hi guys

I'm new to this forum.

I deposited into Betclic after seeing an offer online for a refund on first bet. I won my first bet, and had a subsequent bet on a Chelsea win. I've tried to withdraw my funds 4-5 times now and each time my balance goes to 0 on Betclic, I get a confirmation email from Betclic confirming, and then a few days later the money is back in Betclic account.

For some reason, the deposit back to card option didn't work on my Betclic account, so I used the international bank transfer option.

I've sent them 4-5 polite emails asking them what's going on, with no response.

How can SBR help me? Can I file a complaint? Is it enough to just post it here.

I'm hoping someone here can help me. It's over 100 pounds in my account.

I would strongly recommend that others not deposit into Betclic, given their complete refusal to communicate with me and failure to process withdrawal of my funds.

No # or live help. They're a fairly big operation though. They sponsor Lyon.

Betclic is a Shit book!!Here in Greece they never answher at our e-mails ,and also there is not exist a call number or live chat.We must go to english section,where ,they say,"sorry but you must speak to Greek section'.Bordelo betclic.
