    Betphoenix really goes above and beyond to help players! Thanks Richard!

    Just wanted to give props to Richard and share this here as well.

    Richard and Phil, and the BetPhoenix gang have really surprised me on how far they go to take care of their customers. Whether its reporting a bad line and getting a freeplay, to parlay odds, or any deposit or withdrawal issues, these guys really do take care of us.

    Instead of taking the trip to the Casino in Seoul, I decided to play the online Live casino, so I sent a small deposit to Betphoenix. I definitely believe the Live Blackjack is more fair over the random number generator software blackjack games, as at least we can see the cards coming out of the shoe.

    Well, I was doing well, up almost $1300, and inevitably things got cold and I lost. (No BeantownJim complaint thats its fixed here , I don't remember him complaining it was fixed when he was winning LOL.) I didn't ask for a bonus as I didn't want one. But what does Richard do anyway after I lost? He puts a couple hundred in my account! No other book would do that, nor would I expect them too.

    phoenix has been nothing but great till now.. they are very generous too..richie and fred are great.. i will be there forever..

    the only thing missing is to find a way to beat these guys. I cannot beat them if my life depended on it.

    Richie is a great guy and all, but since i spoke to him,i have had only 2 winning days in the last 23 days. he's a great guy, but man is he bad luck.. he jinxed me. i wish i never spoke to him as i was doing great up until then..

    I must get 4 VM a week from them about making a deposit. And this after I told the clerk I didn't have any extra money to make a deposit.

    Not sure about the emails, but if you don't want any calls just let Richard know and its done.

    Sometime, its good to hear about the offers like 100% matching cash, if you were getting to redeposit anyway. I get so much spam anyway, 1 more emial won't matter, LOL.

    As far as meeting rollovers, meeting rollovers is never a problem when your winning anyway. So if you were losing, sometimes that bonus helps us get back up. Wish we all never had to reup, and go on those incredibly nice runs where you make 10 or more times your initial deposit in the 1st week Could definitely use one of those again.
