17 is a big number, even though the big ten is looking weak, it wouldn't shock me if they did real well in the bowl games. As a conference, based on wins and losses or ATS. Just seems that sometimes you expect the unexpected. Plus Ohio State seems to be covering the number pretty regular, except for Purdue of course.

And he is the starting QB. Which means the backups are likely worse. And going by last week's performance when the backup came in, there isn't much to dispute that.

The Big 10 is one of the worst conferences in the land boy's and if it wasn't for the referess Iowa would have lost to Indiana already before Northwestern. The Iowa team trailed in all the games they won. Iowa wouldn't last two weeks in the SEC. Our garbage teams like Vandy and Kentucky would give them all they wanted.

I dont think anyone in the nation.... including Mr Iowa Fan..... really thought Iowa would go undefeated this season. They were losing at halftime in almost every game this season.

Now that the "dream season" is over.... .and the leader is out.....first career start for the QB and it's on the road...... Iowa should get absolutely killed in this game!
