The coaches have been up dealing with this since early A.M.and the players are in shock. Jackson is a starting safety and was SEC feshman of the week vs S. Carolina and a freshman All America candidate.

Yeah. I got a call by a friend at 6am and at first they thought they had robbed the gas station. He said the athletic office didn't know the details until a couple of hours ago.

I just jumped on board -5 1/2 @ The Greek. I already had that game wrote down taking Ole Miss because 91% of public was on Tennessee and the line went from 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 anyways. I wondered why Ole Miss was even favored. Whenver I am confused it usually goes the other way. Ole miss probably wins by at least a touchdown.

I took UTenn a few days ago at +4.5 as my best bet of the day. I have in the past tried to take advantage of a team's misery and it has backfired everytime. When Bryan Pata was killed and Miami still played that weekend of course I took GTech at -3.5, Tech won by 3. I few years ago, TD was a late scratch for the Broncos, so naturally I took the Falcons, game was over in the first quarter. Falcons were blown out. So this suspension/expellation/knuckleheadeness will not be a factor. Lesson learned is to take the team you thought would cover before any of this happened.
